As I was drawing out plans last night -- see, you're changing me already -- I remembered some of the different ways you can calculate garden yields. You can go by calories -- the John Jeavons way -- you can plant only the highest dollar value crops by how they cost in the store, or those that taste that much better than the store. Fun calculations, although none I'm good at. But I will weigh everything, and write it down, this year. That IS inspirational.
