Great observation! I think, in terms of specific purpose birds, someone that knows they will not eat their hens may do better to keep layers only. I suspect bulky birds eat more.</description>

Query:  I understand that off-gender specific-purpose birds are destroyed when young.  Doesn&#039;t the multi-purpose bird let you skip that?

I would think that a multi-purpose bird for normal people would be a no-brainer, because I&#039;d think the advantages of the specific birds would be too small to show up on the balance sheet of a normal person.</description>
